16 Point Tune-Up
We offer a 16-point tune up, which includes:
(1) Checking your thermostat and adjusting (if possible) for better accuracy. (2) Checking your air filter and your return vent for obstructions, leaks, dirt or debris. (3) Measuring the unit’s efficiency and ability to cool your home.
(4) Inspecting the condition of the condensing coil and checking for any damage. (5) Oiling the motors if oil ports are present.
(6) Taking amp draws on your outdoor fan motor (7) Your compressor motor and
(8) Your blower motor. (9) Performing electrical tests on your run capacitors (10) main contactor switch (11) relay switches and (12) circuit board (13) We also check all of your electrical connections and make sure they are still tight (vibration causes loosening over time) (14) We also check for any burnt or broken wiring in the system (15) We measure the freon level and add up to one pound for free if necessary (16) We inspect your shraeder cores and shraeder core valves for any leaks.
Finally, we provide you with a written
report documenting our findings and any recommendations we may have.

Duct Sanitizing
We do a complete duct sanitizing of your duct systems through a process of misting EnviroCON into your duct systems. Below is a little more information about EnviroCON.
